Our mission
Every year, Texas appraisal districts set property values that determine your tax bill. Every year, homeowners have the right to protest those values. But most people don't — because the process is confusing, time-consuming, and feels stacked against them.
TaxRollback exists to change that. We use AI and public data to give every homeowner the same quality of evidence and preparation that expensive protest firms provide — at a fraction of the cost.
Why we built this
The existing options aren't great. DIY means hours of research and a stressful hearing with no preparation. Hiring a protest firm means giving up a huge chunk of your savings. We built TaxRollback to offer a third option: professional-quality tools at a flat fee, so you keep what you save.

TaxRollback is built by Texans who deal with the same appraisal system you do. We focus exclusively on Texas property tax protest because every state's system is different, and doing one thing well matters more than doing fifty things poorly.
We currently support Harris, Dallas, Tarrant, Bexar, and Travis counties, with more on the way.
